How the midnight delivery works ?

Midnight Delivery will be done on the night of the delivery date selected. For suppose, if the occasion is on 26 May 2011 please select the delivery date as 25 May 2011. However, this facility is currently available in select cities only (please check the delivery city list).

Is the delivery possible on holidays?

Yes, in most of the cities and towns the delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions.

Why are there two prices for each item?

We have two prices for each product, namely Regular Price and Combo Price. Regular Price: Regular Price is applicable till the time there is only one item in your shopping cart. Combo Price: The moment there are more than one item in your shopping cart, automatically the site forms a combo of these two or more items as chosen by you (called Auto Combo). And then the price applicable on all items is combo price which is lower of the two prices. Since we save on logistics if you have more than one item in your order, we share the savings with you.

What is AutoCombo?

As soon as you purchase more than one item, an Automatic Combo is formed. That is, the price applicable on the products selected by you are the Combo prices (which are the lower prices), so with AutoCombo there is auto saving for you. We save on logistics and so we share it with you. No need to compromise with fixed combos available on some sites.

Is there any minimum order value that I need to order?

No. You can order as much or as little you want from any of our stores. At Gift Across India, we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are equally important.

Yes. You simply need to select the desired delivery date while placing an order online. The gift will be delivered on the specified date, provided it gives us a minimum of four working days after securing your payment.

The product that you wish to add to the cart, can be the one marked as sold out. Or you may like to have a personalised wish, for a product / category not present on the portal. You will be informed by mail when the product is available on the portal.

How to register a complaint related to non-delivery of partial-order?

All complaints regarding the non-delivery of the partial order or any other similar issues regarding the delivered products should be registered with us within 10 days of the delivery date. 90% of our orders are delivered together in one shipment but 10% are delivered from different logistic locations which could lead to multiple deliveries at different times. The order has not been delivered on time.?

Gifts like Flowers/Cakes/Chocolates normally take up to 24 hours for delivery whereas courier products have a delivery period of 3 to 5 working days. Request you to follow these details while placing your order with us and we will make it possible for your gift to reach right on time.

Are there any hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc. ?

Shipping charges are inclusive in the sales price for limited cities ONLY and there will be additional shipping charges for remote cities and towns. Based on the shipping address you select, if any additional shipping charges are applicable, it will reflect in your shopping cart while you check out before you make the payment. Octroi Charges and any other such entry tax would be collected from the consignee where applicable. For International deliveries, all applicable charges for customs, etc. would be collected from the consignee as per actual.
